Responsibilities

• Perform maintain and support for enterprise network and IT infrastructure to ensure that they support the attainment of business objectives
• Perform enhancement, maintenance and operational support for the infrastructure, Local Area Network, Email System, files and print servers and Patch Management System, IP phone, VC system, server room & all IT facilities
• Responsible to troubleshoot and resolve problems related to OS, hardware, software, and network for all offices in Asia Pacific Region
• Maintain the information systems budget to ensure that expenditure is accurately forecasted and kept within agreed limits
• Participate in the activities related to Systems Infrastructure for new projects
• Carry out other duties as designated by Corporate ICT
• Provide daily support on infrastructure areas including hardware, software and end-user support
• Monitor and review infrastructure performance as well as computer operation, and to provide relevant performance reports
• Participate in infrastructure projects and implementation work

Requirements

• Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• 3-5 years network & systems administration experience
• Solid support experience in managing Windows Server, Active directory, Exchange Servers and VMware
• CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, VMWare certificates are welcomed
• Prior regional experience is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and presentation skills
• Strong sense of responsibility with self-motivation and logical thinking
• Strong business sense and good problem solving
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese, English and Putonghua
• Willing to travel overseas and within the region
• Base in Hong Kong office
