Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall IT activities and technical support services within the office
• As part of the technical support team, working closely with internal teammates and supervise junior staff for delivering and maintaining high-quality support services
• Assist in planning, designing and executing IT technical operations and support workflow; provide user support and training to internal and remote office
• Evaluate, setup and configure system and network to improve system reliability and performance
• Keep the team updated for MIS requirements and changes
• Provide miscellaneous support to the team

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years solid experience in supporting sizable companies
• Holder of MCP/MCSE qualifications is highly preferred
• Strong technical diagnostic and support skills
• Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills
• Responsible, self-motivated and ability to work independently
