Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in information management, quantitative analysis or related fields
• Minimum 5 year’ experience in data analysis and database management
• Highly analytical and able to work independently
• Knowledge of CRM / Business Intelligence / Google Analytic and experience in conducting research are preferred
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good English writing skill

Responsibilities:

• Provide support on customer programs development
• Compile management reports, perform user acceptance test for App
• Study Business Intelligence tools for data analytics and conduct research studies for various projects

(Candidates with less experience will be considered for Database Officer.)
