Responsibilities:

• Design and implement group’s long-term technology strategy
• Drive the multicultural teams to deliver complex software development projects under challenging timeframe
• Ensure alignment of IT strategy and business plan
• Oversee and lead the team to manage the operation of the company effectively
• Provide solution architecture and detail designs with awareness of the latest technology trend and challenges
• Train up the development team on/off-shore and ensure to follow proper development frameworks
• Support input on project budget and schedule, etc.

Requirements:

• University degree in Computer Science/Engineering and/or Business Administration
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience in Consulting Firms / IT Software Development Centers / Startups; with experience in software engineering, trading, and treasury system preferred
• Ability to work independently under pressure, manage multi-tasks simultaneously and work in a global environment
• Knowledge of CMMI, Rational, Distributed Architecture, Agile Development, and Cloud Computing
• Working knowledge of major development languages (C# .Net, Ruby on Rails, Python, PHP, Android and Swift, etc.)
• Demonstrate knowledge and delivery capability to successfully implement program
• Good leadership, problem analysis and solving skill
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; fluent in spoken Putonghua is a must
