Responsibility:-

• Responsible for ICT of the entire group, able to leverage ICT to improve overall operation performance and drive efficiency;

• Identify and initiate ICT projects, include defining project scope, goals, deliverables and resources needed to support business goals in collaboration among departments / offices;

• Ensure the entire group’s ICT infrastructures / systems are running smoothly to support the day-to-day operation;

• Lead, motivate and manage the IT team, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work;

• If necessary able to dive in and perform hands-on duties such as requirement study, project implementation, quality assurance, documentation, and etc…

• Review and improve IT policy and procedures from time to time;

   

  Requirement:-

   Degree in Computer Science or equivalent;

   

• Minimum 10 years of ICT experience, of which 5 years must be in management position;

• Familiar with project management, ERP implementation, and must be strong in vendor management; Experience in SAP S/4 HANA will be an added advantage;

• Experience in Microsoft Windows and Apple OS platform is a must; Knowledge in software development, ABAP, Java, SQL, .NET, C, C++ or VB programming will be an added advantage;

• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese both verbal and written levels, and good interpersonal skills;

• Self-motivated, able to work under pressure, and highly adaptable to change;

• Willing to travel overseas from time to time;
