My client is currently expanding in Hong Kong and is seeking an experienced Private Banking Project Manager to join their expanding team in Hong Kong with the following responsibilities: 

Managing small to mid-sized projects and teams of consultants while developing the company on its growth path. You will also play a key role in acquiring projects, supporting sales efforts, and managing and developing existing client relationships.  

• Manage several projects under an account, including mentoring teams of consultants
• Oversee the implementation and quality control of projects with regards to both budget and content
• Conduct interviews and workshops with clients to translate their requirements into well-formulated solutions

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of experience in the Private Banking industry
• Domain experience covering at least one of these areas: Regulatory and Compliance, Digital Banking, Operational Excellence
• Good understanding of core business processes and products in the Private Banking industry
• Experience in sales and project acquisition; network establishments in Hong Kong and/or other parts of Asia will be a plus
• Experience in leading a team through an entire project life cycle
• Capable of applying technology principles to business
• Highly analytical and structured in problem solving; able to quickly understand complex situations
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with clients and colleagues with excellent spoken and written English
