IT Officer in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 201800210) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, and with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should have a good Bachelor’s degree in Information Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or other related disciplines.  They should have at least 10 years’ working experience in system design and integration. Those with knowledge of and/or a certificate in system development, Database Management, CRM/ERP and relevant experience in project management are preferred. Applicants should also be self-motivated, have strong communication skills, and be able to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks.
 
The appointee will be required to conduct business and system analysis independently. He/She will develop and implement various IT projects including project planning, monitoring, issue resolution and system integration; and will be responsible for CRM/ERP and web application development including system design, implementation and maintenance.  Preparation of user documentations and provision of user training are also required in addition to other duties.
