Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite technical support for user, as well as troubleshooting support and problem resolution
• Provide support on day to day administration, operation and management in setting up and configuring computer facilities for different tasks, for example
• Network operations and security
• Software and system update and upgrade
• Peripherals housekeeping
• Support end-user in software applications, hardware and software installation
• Provide technical support in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements:

• F.7/Diploma or above in Computer or related disciplines
• At least 1-year IT experience in network, networking support, implementation and maintenance
• Knowledge of Web Server and firewall administration and other hardware and software
• Passion in troubleshooting and problem solving
• Good PC skills, good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese
• Humble and polite, self-motivated and able to work independence
• HK permanent resident is required
