• Diploma or higher certification in IT related courses
• 2 years or above in IT support role
• Must familiar with PC, Mac, Windows servers, Network equipment,…etc
• Exchange server, Firewall, and advanced IT/network skill is an advantage
• Strong trouble shooting skills and communication skill with clients
• Hard working and able to work independently
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as IT support technician
