Responsibilities:

• Provide end-user support on all IT aspects including application system, office software,
• Desktop computers, printers, hardware and network troubleshooting
• Monitoring and managing various systems, such as accounting system, Active Directory, application, VLAN, File Server, Wifi System
• Maintain, support, implement and troubleshoot information security services and products e.g. Firewall, VPN, MDM and anti-virus software
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties / projects assigned by IT Manager

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• At least 2 years of IT working experience of system installation, configuration, and support of large scale networking/ server infrastructure
• Experience in AD server/ system side support and coordination with vendors to solve problem
• Good knowledge in MS Windows, Windows Server, Networking, mobile phone system (IOS & Android)
• Able to work as a team also independently
• Good command of both written and spoken in Chinese and English
• HK permanent resident is required
