The Job:

  • Provide and maintain supporting service to advisers and customers in relation to claims management
  • Manage Claims Enquiry Hotline to handle advisers’ enquiries on claims related issues
  • Provide ambassador service to advisers and customers on claims related issues (e.g., claim application / dispute / appeal)
  • Make outbound calls to advisers concerning pending memos relating to claim application
  • Provide training with case sharing to advisers for knowledge enrichment and service update on claims
  • Develop service resolution initiatives for Claims Department to improve adviser / customer experience on claims service
  • Develop service strategies to govern the recovery, retention and development of customer relationships
  • Analyse call statistics related to claims management and compile reports for management review
  • Resolve claims related grievances / complaints

The Person:

  • Degree from a recognized university
  • 2+ years insurance / finance experience in claims functions
  • Passed IIQE Paper I, III & V are well regarded
  • Strong communications skills with advisers and customers
  • Strong problem solving abilities and customer -oriented
  • Highly organized, reliable and ability to work independently
