Hang Seng Bank Limited is an insurance agent authorised by regulated insurers, which provide wide range of general insurance services including fire, marine, accident, travel, home and motor protection. With our all-round enrolment channels, there is great potential for further growth.

Should you join our Insurance business, you will focus on maintaining close relationships with our corporate and individual customers, and providing them with premium service. You will also be expected to develop new insurance products and distribution channels to meet the changing needs of customers in a dynamic environment.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Senior Product Pricing Manager.

Principal responsibilities

• Support and advise Head of Life Product on product pricing and product strategy matters
• Manage Product Committee overseeing new business performance and inforce management
• Work with Chief Actuary Office to devise pricing strategy and optimize the risk and returns under the prescribed risk appetite
• Work with distribution team optimizing the sales incentive design and lead competitive strategy
• Drive and devise product management and product governance
  

Requirements

• Degree holder with Qualified Actuary under one of the international recognized actuarial societies
• Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience with extensive amount of working and people management experience in relevant actuarial and insurance areas
• Solid project management experience, organizational skills and ability to think innovatively
• Experience in preparing and or conducting briefings and interfacing at all levels of management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership and problem solving skills
• Initiative, autonomy and commitment to process improvement
• Ability to think strategically balanced with practical day to day execution
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes

(Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Product Pricing Manager)
