Job Duties:

• Handle day-to-day administration work
• Handle documentation and reports
• Prepare proposal, quotation and agreement for business partners
• Handle phone and email enquiries from customers and business partners
• Co-ordinate with internal departments to provide timely and quality services to customers and business partners
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• F.5 or above
• 1 – 2 years or above working experience, preferable in insurance industries
• Candidates who has insurance related qualification is definitely an advantage
• Good telephone manner, self-motivated, cheerful with positive attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with MS Office, especially Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
