Job Description
Job Duties:
- Handle day-to-day administration work
- Handle documentation and reports
- Prepare proposal, quotation and agreement for business partners
- Handle phone and email enquiries from customers and business partners
- Co-ordinate with internal departments to provide timely and quality services to customers and business partners
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- F.5 or above
- 1 – 2 years or above working experience, preferable in insurance industries
- Candidates who has insurance related qualification is definitely an advantage
- Good telephone manner, self-motivated, cheerful with positive attitude
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with MS Office, especially Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
