Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve claims within own claims authority and make recommendation to senior beyond authority
  • Conducts thorough investigation of suspicious abuse claims through various means
  • Maintain claims operation procedure and control manuals in comprehensive and regular update
  • Assist in projects driving claims process transformation & claims quality improvement
  • Support development and enhancement of claim system, policy administration system and other related insurance operations system
  • Participate in ad-hoc tasks and campaigns as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years life insurance claims with supervisory experience
  • Insurance Professional Qualification, e.g. LOMA or equivalent
  • Good project management and stakeholder management skills, experience of operation model transformation and digital initiatives will be a plus
  • Good sense of judgment with strong problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Team player, willing to learn and take challenge in fast-moving working environment
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
