A listed FMCG group is looking for an experienced leader to be the Head of department to lead a strong team on sales and product development. 

Main responsibilities

• Manage a large team to conduct the whole process of product development from material searching, design, production, order management, to product launch, inventory control and sales evaluation.
• Responsible for the P&L of a portfolio of well known brands and keep close communication with top management 
• Understand the industry & market trends. Advise the brands direction and conduct any action plans from time to time according to the market changes 
• Work closely with Marketing team on all brand marketing activities, new product launches events and press conference
• Work closely with Sales team on trade promotion and stock control
• Take initiatives to review and improve the workflow to enhance productivity
• Attend management meetings and contribute to the overall growth of the company

Requirements

• Degree holder with at least 15 years of product development/ sales & marketing experience in FMCG sectors, beauty background is a most preferred 
• Mature and capable to lead a large team to deliver the best productivity
• Acquire excellent communication skills to work with top management, department heads and supervise subordinates 
• Excellent leadership and carries a down to earth working attitude   
• Understand and keep track on the market trends
• Proficient on MS applications
• Good command on Cantonese, Mandarin and English
