Responsibilities:

• Manage the operating license agreement relationship with third party operating companies to ensure safe and flawless execution at service stations and to grow business profitability
• Closely coordinate with other departments to handle operational issues, including customer complaints, site maintenance and incidents at our service stations in order to ensure minimum interruption to the business whilst providing excellent customer service in a safe operating environment
• To suggest, devise, implement promotions, programs and initiatives in order to grow sales and enhance station operation

 Requirements & Skills:

• Tertiary level or equivalent preferably in science, technology, engineering, maths related discipline and other subjects will be considered
• Have excellent communication skills, enjoy working with people and be able to manage third party contractors
• Have problem solving skill, sound business sense and be able to work independently and under pressure
• Fluent spoken and written Cantonese and English is required
• Working experience in retail is a plus
• No need to drive but prefer to have driving license
