Chief Marketing Officer(CMO)

To develop and review the marketing and sales coming years sales plan and budget, and build up the branding.

To Report to CEO, the CMO will organize, lead the worldwide sales teams for the development & expansion in SiC, Si-SiC hybrid module, SiC module and IPM businesses and revenues.

To work on the marketing and sales development, map out a winning strategy for delivering the strategic growth of business and manage team members in the world.

To manage and set the goals for global sales team teams and ensure the increase sales revenue growing, also develop and lead the implementation of sales and marketing plans.

Candidate Profile

Candidate must have a combination of business, semiconductor product and operations experience, with at least 15 years in semiconductor industry and 10 years in business, strategy planning and M&A.  Additionally, at least 5 years or more experience in the semiconductor industry must be in power devices, with the rest preferably in high volume semiconductor manufacturing. 

Most have senior management level experience such as VP level scopes, general management, or director level position. With worldwide exposure, specifically in the US, Europe and Singapore, and with a strong experience in managing a highly focus worldwide sale and marketing teams.

Candidate must have an advanced science or engineering degree from a top US university, and an additional professional business management program from one of the top world leading business school. 

Personal characteristics are result-oriented, with a strategic mindset, highly motivated, creative and have strong leadership skills. Language ability should be fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
