Based in our Hong Kong laboratory, this role is to manage the whole Customer Service team of API Lab including the other branches in Asia.

Responsibilities

• Manage the laboratory customer service team (HK and Asia labs).
• Coach and guide the team members in handling enquiry quotation, sample registration, report release, invoicing.
• Provide friendly and professional pre-sale and post-sales throughout order transaction.
• Problem solving and Key contact window for lab customers with regular courtesy visits.
• Monitor laboratory job schedule and report turnaround time.
• To keep track on customer satisfaction (quotation and report turnaround time, technical support, …etc).

Requirements

• 5 years or above of experience in similar position in laboratory testing company/Similar Industry.
• Highly-organized, capable of working under pressure with multi-task assignments
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Good computer skills
• Familiar with European regulations/standards is an advantage
