Job Description

岗位职责：

1、制定渠道发展策略和计划，负责渠道建设、发展和管理渠道合作伙伴；

2、开发目标客户，拓展新市场；并有效管理及维系渠道关系，协助渠道团队的培训与指导，帮助销售利润最大化，互利共赢。

3、执行公司销售政策，执行公司销售任务，配合销售团队一起完成公司的渠道销售业绩指标；并负责渠道的签约、回款、合同款项的对接；

4、负责收集市场及销售信息，根据市场及各渠道需求，组织举办推广业务活动；

任职要求：

1、3年以上渠道拓展、销售经验；

2、擅长与人沟通，表达能力强；善于总结分析，具备良好的培训演讲能力；

3、具有良好的市场开拓及策划能力，良好的电话销售技巧；

4、掌握代理、合作模式及政策；

5、有丰富的渠道伙伴资源者，优先考虑；
