Responsibilities:

• Lead overall project engagement, finance/banking project experience is preferred, Wealth Management/CRM domain knowledge is a plus
• Define project schedules, managed activities, and determines team priorities and drives the resolution of issues and defects; and ensure assigned projects are completed on time, and to customer expectation requirements from the client in order to understand the application vision to support the project team for a functional perspective
• Identify project risks, develop risk mitigation plans and communicate project risks to the customer and upper management
• Participate in overall project design, manage product life cycle processes and procedures to ensure project meets financial, business and schedule goals on time
• Responsible for working with developers including offshore teams to explain requirements and make sure they are implemented to the customer’s specification, complete functional reviews of the product / application
• Work with developers on interpreting requirements, supervise development process, ensure work and quality are up to customer’s specification; review final deliverable
• Ensure all product deliverable are produced to the customer’s satisfaction (architecture, design documents, test cases, etc.)
• Assist with review, analysis and documentation of technical requirements, work closely with the customer to drive project results
• Perform technical/functional review and analysis, prepare internal and external documentation, and work closely with customers to drive project results
• Manage key relationships and interfaces with senior stakeholders within the technology group and from the business

Requirements:

• Proven skills of managing large, complex projects and experience of oversea projects preferred
• 10 years’ experience in project management experience with technical background, were in responsible leadership and managerial functions on a number of projects
• Proven track record of leading implementations, on time and within budget
• Able to perform project manager's activities and provide their supervision during Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Closing project phases as well as to be able to choose an appropriate project management methodology and setup it on a project
• Ability to continuously improve project management tools and techniques in order to organize, manage and optimize multiple project teams. Able to develop knowledge base and share within a community
• Expected to work independently without direct supervision. Expected to ensure all members of the project team understand the methods and procedures used
• Excellent leadership abilities and able to engage and inspire people. Decision maker for critical issues. Able to lead and engage people in a conversation, moderate small and large meetings, excellent written skills
• Understands customer's goals and business objectives and proactively cooperates and engages stakeholders through the project lifecycle in order to evolve, optimize and improve customer's business.
