Officer ( Contract Management Department )

Responsibilities:

• Prepare all tendering documents;
• Prepare and analyse various regular reports regarding the contracts;
• Monitor and involve overall site activities and contract administrations to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, adequacy and effectiveness of services;
• Assist operation managers to manage the daily operations of a portfolio of cleaning services contracts;
• Attend regular meeting with Clients;
• Provide clerical support to the Operations Managers.

Requirements:

• HKDSE or above, bachelor degree/diploma preferred, welcome fresh graduate
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications including Word , Excel , PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing ;
• Excellent interpersonal skills, good command of both oral and written Chinese & English;
• Independent, positive work attitude, well-organized, detailed-minded, able to work under pressure and be a team player;
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
