Job Summary

This position is responsible for Management and giving direction to the Engineering Team included but not limited to: Mould development, designing, installing, monitoring, maintaining, troubleshooting, equipment development and testing…etc to ensure smooth and efficient flow of Engineering Department.

Job Responsibilities:

• Around 8+ years of project operation experiences including sound knowledge of Mould making, Mould Designing, with pneumatic systems for mould development and testing activities.
• Analyzes problems related to automated production equipment (Including Mould making, Mould Testing, indentify Tools) and makes necessary repairs using hand & power tools and precision measuring instruments.
• Performs preventive maintenance on production equipment in accordance with production preparation of reports.
• Maintain record of repairs performed during shift & report to management to enable preparation of reports.
• Maintain work areas & tools in a clean, orderly fashion.
• Upholding the quality and standards of the services of the organization.
• Completing all tasks assigned by clients and management.
• Lead a team to perform their work in an organized and professional way.
• Working in regulation of the company safety norms.
• Stationed in Shenzhen is required.

Minimum Qualification (Education/Experience, Knowledge/Skill, Competency)

• Diploma or Equivalent of Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 2 years solid experience in managerial level
• Good command in English & Mandarin.
• Proficiency in MS applications & engineering software.
• Good communication, Negotiation & presentation skills.
• Well-organized, detailed-oriented & work under pressure.
• Good Inter-personal skills.
• candidate with less experience may apply for Project Manager.
