Responsibilities:

• Follow up the entire merchandising procedure form product development to production, including materials sourcing, sample development, costing, order placement, bulk production and quality issues
• Proactively lead the daily execution of merchandising activities with buyers, suppliers and manufacturers to achieve price, quality, samples and products goals of the company
• Good time management to ensure samples and production are on-time delivery and quality can meet the requirements
• Fluent English to work and meet with foreign buyers independently
• Handle any ad hoc tasks assigned by the management
• Travel to China and South East Asia is required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Certificate holder in merchandising, fashion, textile or related disciplines
• Energetic, Good negotiation and communication skills with positive thinking
• Good MS Office (Excel / Word / Outlook) skills
• Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin 
• Familiar with washing and embroidery are preferred
• Familiar with European market is preferred
