Responsibilities 

• Conduct routine sampling to perform physical and microbiological testing for raw materials and finished products compliance with food safety and quality standards
• Conduct product tasting to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Perform laboratory equipment calibration and maintaining proper lab manual and reports
• Perform quality and hygiene inspection to ensure the operation complies with all statutory requirements and in-house hygiene standard
• Assist in implementing and maintaining the documentation system for food safety and quality management system
• Participate in ad-hoc project as assigned
• Need to perform product testing on Sunday and public holiday occasionally

Requirements

• Degree holder of Food science / Food technology or related discipline
• At least 1 year work experience in food industry, fresh graduation is considered.
• Good Knowledge of food safety and quality management system (GMP, ISO 9001 and HACCP) would be an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivation
• Knowledge in PC operation including Microsoft Office and Chinese typing
• Immediate available is perferred
