Requirements:

• A Hong Kong Polytechnic or Technical Institute Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building or Building Studies, or equivalent
• Min. qualifications and experience required for Grade T3 of TCP for site safety supervision as detailed in the Code of Practice for site supervision and the Technical Memorandum for supervision plans
• Min. 6 years' or above post-qualification experience in the role of COW
• Grade E or above in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination
• Familiar with Building Ordinance, construction site safety, environmental protection, allied legislations and related Codes of Practice
• Sound knowledge of building materials and technologies (preferable in Traditional Chinese construction)
• Knowledge of MS Windows applications, e.g. Excel and Word
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Solid experience on luxury houses project including fitting-out works and caldding installation experience is essential
