Responsibilities:

• To deal with vendors and handle purchasing orders to ensure timely delivery
• To maintain Production System data up-to-data in order to keep track of defected goods status
• To assist in managing the warehouse operations which is under the compliance of company’s SOP, policies and guidance to ensure safety and security of the warehouse environment
• To help supervise outsourced workers on the packing line to understand the work flow, systems knowledge and requirements in order to meet tight deadline and high service level for achieving daily high volume efficiently
• To control warehouse inventory levels and space to ensure smooth daily operations for delivery and storage of incoming and ongoing materials
• Assist in other ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in warehouse,manufacturing, logistics or supply chain industry; Experience from Japanese firm is an advantage
• Familiar with SAP and MS Office Applications
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Responsible, organized, independent and willing to learn, with positive working attitude as a good team player
