Team Resources Management:

•  Account for Attendance and Manpower Management, Staff Training and Development, Performance Appraisal, Coaching and Safety.

Production Planning  

• Develop schedule with Inventory Control and Materials Control for production.
• Ensures machinery and equipment work against production schedule to produce goods and services for internal and external customers at maximum efficiency.
• Coordinates with the quality assurance personnel and authority to ensure that goods and services meet FEHD hygiene standard and Labor Department safety requirements.
• Manage daily ice rationing process to concrete batching plants vs ice plants.
• Work in factories located in ShekPaiWan, CastlePeak, YauTongBay & TaiPo.
• Business trip as required

Sales Administration Operations

• Prepare reports on the sales matrices, cash receipt, procurement, insurance, logistic operations, etc..
• Formulate standard procedures.

Fleet Maintenance Management

• Prepare the Repair and Maintenance schedule for truck fleet
• Log & track operation statistics data like gasoline usage, tunnel fees, etc..

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Management / Logistic
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
• Experience in working in a factory/manufacturing industry is preferred
• Proficient in MS office
• Good organizational skills and able to meet deadlines
• Self-motivated, hardworking and detail-minded
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as senior position
• Immediate available is preferred
