• Over 15 years supervisory experience in garment industry, preferably with proven track record
•      Good understanding in US market including factory audit and product testing
•      Monitor inline and final inspection and resolve quality problem
•      Profound knowledge on manufacturing process, quality requirements for garments, fabric and accessories for US market
•      Overall understanding of China and some off-shore manufacturers if available
•      Mature, dynamic, initiative and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
•      Good communication and interpersonal skills
•      Able to lead local QA teams in South China and Central China
• Frequent travelling within Southern China with periodic stationing in Central China - Hangzhou  
•      Appropriate command of both spoken and written English as well as fluent Mandarin
•      Proficiency in report writing
•      Computer literate in MS Word & Excel including Chinese Word Processing
