Job Duties:

• Work closely with Product Development team and vendors to achieve sourcing and production requirements; includes coordination of activities in sample development, costing package coordination, preliminary screening, and order tracking;
• Ensure that production requirements are communicated clearly to necessary business partners and that production processes are managed in a manner that ensures on time delivery;
• Monitor order tracking activities to meet quantity, quality, and product specifications and delivery requirements;
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks/projects as assigned by the superior.  

Requirements:

• Tertiary education level or above
• 3 years merchandising experience gained in trading firms is preferred.
• Good PC knowledge and rich experience in use of Excel, Word and Chinese input
• Excellent command of both written and oral English and Putonghua
• Hardworking and willing to work overtime
• Well-organized and teamwork spirit
