The Job:

The incumbent will be stationed in the District Maintenance Office (DMO) reporting to Senior Clerk of Works (SCW). He / she will be  responsible for checking the Public Relation Officer’s (PRO’s) input in the TMSS system and on site checking of PRO’s job duties.

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above qualifications
• Minimum 3 years' Public Relation Officer (PRO) experience in Responsive In-flat Maintenance Scheme (RIMS)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills is essential

Duties :

• Ensure the smooth operation of the PRO Team
• Supervise the PROs in handling routine operation such as enquiry, appointment or complaint from the tenants/occupants
• Ensure timely updating of TMSS system record which carried out by the PROs
