Responsibilities:

• Supervise the logistics team and the whole warehousing operation ensuring it is completing within budgetary requirements.
• Coordinate all logistical operations, both inbound and outbound, including USA, Bangladesh, Vietnam, China factory & other offshore office
• Efficient warehouse and shipping with proper cost control
• Liaising with factories, forwarders and internal parties, shipment arrangement independently.
• Analysing logistics systems and procedures monitoring the delivery of products and looking at continuous improvement schemes.
• Support sales team for shipment arrangement.
• Monitoring KPIs are achieved in the most cost effective manner.
• Perform other ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements:

• F.7 or above with at least 3 yrs relevant working experience in management of high volume manufacturing operation
• Knowledge and experience in warehouse management (Raw materials and full goods)
• Good knowledge of full set of I/E documents, L/C, Banking document, & Tradelink System
• Acknowledge with custom declarations including CO, Form A, Form E, Form F for worldwide market
• Preferably with knowledge and experience in China custom regulations
• Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese
• Proficient in computer application, including Excel & Word
• Station in Dongguan
