Job Responsibilities: 

• Lead a team and supervise the team members to handle daily order processing and follow-up;
• Provide supports to the team;
• Handle enquiries and complaints;
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure order fulfillment;
• Maintain good relationship and close communication with the factory and local/overseas partners;
• Prepare analysis reports to management;
• Involve in product development process;
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or equivalent;
• 5 years and above relevant working experience;
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese. Good command of spoken Mandarin is a plus;
• Excellent in communication and interpersonal skill;
• Ability to complete multiple tasks with varying levels of priority;
• Detail-minded, independent and strong sense of responsibility;
• Willing to travel to China and overseas if necessary.
