We are a leading manufacturer of baby-wares with office in Kwai Hing, and a factory in Dongguan.  We would like to recruit a qualified candidate to join us as Shipping / Assistant Executive

REQUIREMENTS:-

1) F5 graduate or above with 3-4 years of working experience

2) Solid working experience in handling full set of I/E and bank documents

3) Familiar with factory operation

4) Proficient in MS Office and computer operation

5) Self-motivated with good communication skill as a team-player

6) Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin

7) Immediate available or short notice is an advantage

Responsibilities:-

1) Handle full set of I/E documents

2) Coordinate factory, shipping companies and customers for efficient delivery of goods

3) Coordinate Exhibitions in Hong Kong and Overseas
