Responsibilities :

• To prepare operational plans consistent with company objectives by top management.
• To conduct daily production meeting with factory production team to discuss all production related problem.
• To monitor the daily production operations of slider purchasing, tape, dyeing, cutting, assembling planning, production planning and delivery planning.  
• To maintain to improve the production efficiency of all processes in order to fully utilize the machines, facilities and the production capacity of the factory.
• To ensure the finished goods are in good quality and on time delivery to meet customers’ requirements.
• To liaise with the management and Sales team to prepare stocks build up inventory to minimize the lead time.

Requirements :

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Production Management/Merchandising within the garment/trims/zipper manufacturing industry.
• Experience in production control, LEAN production knowledge is plus.
• Excellent people management, leadership, problem solving, communication and presentation skills. 
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Good written & spoken English and PC knowledge of MS Word & Excel.
• Willing to travel to Shenzhen frequently.
