Responsibilities:

• Work closely with various departments to achieve on-time fulfillment and resolve supply issues
• Prepare data analysis summary, i.e. delivery report, vendor performance chat, on-time delivery table, etc
• Produce and review monthly supply chain KPI reports, and ensure action plans are in place with poor performing vendors
• Monitor order process to ensure timely and efficient operations, in line with the business KPI’s and customer requirements
• Ensure outstanding orders and shipments are continually monitored and actioned
• Deliver effective supply chain solutions to help drive costs and stock out of the end to end supply chain, and increase efficiencies

Requirements:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or business studies
• 3 - 5 years solid experience in supply chain management and manufacturing preferably in import-export supply chains
• Knowledge of production/lean manufacturing/cost saving initiatives/demand planning & forecasting
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• High numerate and PC literacy
• Strong analytical & problem solving skills, good time & project management skills and good communication & influencing skills
