Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Manager (Donor Communications & Retention) in planning and implementation of donor loyalty programs, as well as conducting the evaluation for improvement
• Assist in the development of marketing plan for the fundraising program “Red Twinkle Star Campaign” and monitoring the implementation of such plan to achieve the targets
• Develop and implement various activities and events for the members of “Red Twinkle Star Campaign” and their parents
• Solicit schools and their students to participate in the Red Twinkle Star Campaign
• Seek corporations or organizations’ support to fundraising campaigns
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 2 years of post-qualification relevant experience in communications, marketing, event management and / or fundraising
• Experience in website and social media management is preferable
• Mature and pleasant with good networking and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, detail-minded and able to work independently
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
• Proficiency in PC skills, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
