Requirements

• Master Degree or above in Biological Science or Life Science like Biotechnology, Biology or Biochemistry Discipline a MUST;
• Possess laboratory skill and knowledge of genomics, proteomics, PCR, microarray, genotyping, etc.;
• At least 3 years working experience in Biotechnology and/or Molecular Biology Lab is an advantage;
• Ability to work under pressure, self-learning, multi-tasking, good time management and interpersonal communication skills;
• Pro-active, positive attitude, goal-focused and outgoing personality;
• Good computer and internet skills;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);

 Responsibilities

• Introduce product information and technology to customers;
• Carry out product demonstrations;
• Install instruments and provide after-sales services, e.g. application training, technical support;
• Interact with customers and solicit their needs;
• Help customer troubleshooting by self-studying paper or discussing with suppliers;
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfactory outcomes;
• Conduct comprehensive market researches independently;
• Organize product promotion, e.g. website maintenance, literatures, exhibitions, seminars, workshops and demonstrations, both overseas and local;
• Attend supplier trainings and meetings, both overseas and local
