The successful candidate will be responsible for the formulation of digital marketing strategy, development and implementation of customer loyalty programs and integrated marketing campaigns including but not limit to initiatives on acquisition and retention of VIP members, development of mobile application for customer experience enhancement, planning and execution of innovative VIP events, collaboration with brands on joint promotion opportunities as well as review of program effectiveness through data analytics.

Applicants should be university graduates in marketing, communications or related disciplines with at least 6 years’ relevant working experience in CRM or loyalty marketing preferably in retail or related industries. The ideal candidate should be creative, organized, of good analytical skills and with sound knowledge in mobile CRM applications. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both written & spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua as well as independent with minimum supervision is required. Overtime work on weekends and public holidays are necessary.
