Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting in managing all marketing for the Group and activities within the marketing department;
• Assist and organize sales training;
• Developing the marketing strategy for the Group in line with Group objectives;
• Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales initiatives;
• Overseeing the Group’s marketing budget;
• Creation and publication of all marketing materials in line with marketing plans;
• Planning and implementing promotional campaigns;
• Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, be responsible for the results; - Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
• Preparing online and print marketing campaigns;
• Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications;
• Creating a wide range of different marketing materials;
• Working closely with internal design team and assisting with new product launches;
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives;
• Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing;
• Report to Senior Marketing Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Marketing;
• Strong digital marketing background;
• Strong analytical and project management skills;
• Confident and dynamic personality;
• Excellent copy- writing skills in Chinese and English;
• May require occasional travelling
• Experience in medical aesthetics industry is a plus;
• Immediate availability will be an advantage.

* More experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Manager.
