Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Undergo extensive training, both on-the-job and through company training programs in the aspects of management and technical skills necessary to assume a supervisory role in retail management;
- Work with experienced sales personnel and learn to manage the day to day shop operations;
- Learn management responsibilities, merchandising, marketing, inventory, people management, and other leadership soft skills;
- Provide high quality customer services and assist in achieving sales target.
Requirements:
- F.7 or above;
- Has passion to develop a long term career at footwear industry;
- Has an out-going and down-to-earth character, and strives to perform to the hightest level;
- Self-motivated and able to work independently;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
