Responsibilities:

• Undergo extensive training, both on-the-job and through company training programs in the aspects of management and technical skills necessary to assume a supervisory role in retail management;
• Work with experienced sales personnel and learn to manage the day to day shop operations;
• Learn management responsibilities, merchandising, marketing, inventory, people management, and other leadership soft skills;
• Provide high quality customer services and assist in achieving sales target.

Requirements:

• F.7 or above;
• Has passion to develop a long term career at footwear industry;
• Has an out-going and down-to-earth character, and strives to perform to the hightest level;
• Self-motivated and able to work independently;
• Good interpersonal skills;
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
