We’re looking for                              

A highly motivated all-round Marketing Manager with a talent for building and executing an online and offline marketing strategy to cotinine to drive our growth in Pakistan and Bangladesh.

In this exciting role you must be a fast learner who can quickly grasp the intricacies of a complex business, connect with the business leaders to understand and thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires you to successfully manage multiple projects at once. Your primary responsibility will be building the brand in these two key markets, localizing our offering to their needs, generating leads that meet our aggressive targets, engaging with customers online and organizing and attending events within the markets.

What’s the job?                              

• Building and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy in line with the business goals that increases brand visibility and generates quality leads for our sales team across multiple marketing activities
• Expanding our current marketing strategy in Pakistan and Bangladesh by finding new and exciting ways to connect with the community and industry
• Creating innovative content that will engage our customers and target customers, and explore opportunities to expand our footprint in the mainstream media
• Developing ‘eyes and ears’ across internal and external social channels, looking out for specific feedback & being the first to solve issues
• Working across the global marketing team to localize our website, landing pages, online ads, emails etc.
• Build out our brand ambassador program
• Organize and speak at events such as the Payoneer Forum, networking events, conferences and meetups

Have you accomplished this kind of qualifications?

• BA in communication, marketing or anything else that would make us say, “hmmm that’s interesting”
• 3+ years in an all-round marketing role including content, social media, events and online advertising
• Experienced project manager who has a high level of organization and ability to hit deadlines
• A proactive doer experienced in working remotely with global teams, handling communication at all hours and maintaining strong relations with colleagues and freelancers in other locations
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience working independently, with fellow team members and with freelancers
• Hard working multi-tasker who is willing to work during evenings and weekends to handle urgent matters
• Experience to manage Pakistan & Bangladesh Market is a Must

Not a must but a great advantage

• Additional languages: Urdu and/or Bengali are a plus
• Local knowledge and contacts in Pakistan and/or Bangladesh for events, logistics, agencies etc.
• Experience using Wordpress, Jira (or other task management tools), Salesforce,
• Experience in B2B or marketing to SMBs a plus
