To support our growing operations, we are currently inviting applicants to send in their resume and covering letter for the position of  Project Manager / Project Coordinator.

Working closely with the Producer，Designers and other team-mates on a range of events and projects, in which to provide project management, detailed meeting reports and follow up with clients and designers. Strong time management with positive and cheerful attitude with problem-solving abilities are essential. This job is suitable for a very bright person who can manage several projects at a time.

Key Responsibilities:

• To coordinate pre and on-site production,  on-site event management and post-event matters, on-site coordination with production team is required when necessary

• To implement and manage the entire lifecycle of a project including, design stage, client liaison, contract and after sales service

• To work closely with supply chain vendor to define and finalize quality acceptance criteria

•  To prepare and maintain accurate project plans and schedules and report to Producer, acting appropriately should the activity change project

• To update the project status at all times; assist to ensure deadlines of each involved party are adhered to and are met

• To accurate minutes of meetings as contact reports and circulate appropriately

• To purchase and book project deliverables, such as sourcing decoration elements such as lighting, props and accessories, and ensure timely delivery within project timeline/to event

• To support the creation of the relevant crew documentation, such as production and technical rundown, in conjunction with the technical team

• To conduct stimulus research for inspirational ideas, designs, props, themes, decor and activities to contribute to presentations and proposals as directed by Producer

• To accurately update all project costings, monitoring budget margins and flag anomalies accordingly

Job Requirements:

• Tertiary education with minimum 1 year experience in event industry or relevant working experience
• Bachelor degree or above in event management / marketing / design  will be an advantage
• Self-motivated and attention to details with good organizing and analytical skills
• Good team player with mature working attitude to work with designers and clients
• Positive attitude and strong ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple and ad hoc tasks simultaneously
• Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Project Executive
• Immediately available is highly preferred
• Occasional travel is required
