Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop the marketing strategies for the corporate brand and products which is aligned with the global and local company direction.
  • Manage the annual marketing budget and marketing campaigns plans.
  • Lead the local marketing team to deliver the best-in-class marketing operation with pre-defined KPI with ROI.
  • Oversee and optimize the marketing operation efficiency with the compliance with the company guideline and integrity principle.
  • Manage and monitor the performance of global and local appointed agency.
  • Act as the person in-charge of marketing to keep a close communication with headquarters for the corporate brand strategy implementation in Hong Kong and Macau.
  • Feed the insight of local customer behavior and competitive landscape with regular reports to management team.
  • Retain good relationship with external stakeholders, including media and business partners as a brand ambassador.

 

Requirements:

  • University degree in marketing, communications or related disciplines.
  • At least 15 years of relevant experience, preferably with minimum 5 years supervisory role experience.
  • In-depth understanding and experience in consumer electronics, IT or retail is a plus.
  • Solid and extensive marketing experience in ATL, BTL, Digital Marketing, PR & Corporate Communications and in-store visual merchandising, especially with local and global agency management experience.
  • Proficiency in both written & spoken Chinese and English.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, able to interact and communicate well with all levels of management and different cultures.
  • Detail-minded, result-oriented and strong business acumen and analytical skill.
