The Job:

• Assist the Marketing Manager in planning, executing and managing all aspects of marketing activities to meet company's business objectives
• Explore & follow up on collaboration opportunities with current & potential business partners
• Close coordination with media partners, advertising agencies, PR agencies and freelancers to work on brand building as well as tactical promotion campaigns
• Keep abreast with market situation through market research and analysis
• Preparation of marketing reports on A&P spending, post campaign & event reviews etc
• To organise various types of events
• To develop various online and offline marketing collaterals from conception, content development, layout design to production
• Assist in Website management
• Assist in running digital & social media campaigns, ensuring consistency of message across all digital and social platforms
• Sourcing & development of premium gifts

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Communications or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ experience from a Marketing / Event / Advertising / PR companies preferred
• Good track record in premium segment marketiing is essential  
• Self-motivated, organized with the ability to prioritize and plan effectively
• Sound knowledge and experience with online and digital marketing
• Outstanding communication and language skills including English and Mandarin
• Detail driven a must
• Creativity definitely an asset
• A good team player, capable of building good working rapport with colleagues as well as vendors & business partners
• Proficiency in PC knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Chinese Word Processing)
