Job Description

- Responsible for store administration and operation support to all retail outlets and front line staff

- Ensure effective communication and work closely with office, retail shops and shopping malls for coordination of operational and marketing activities

- Assist in searching new vendors and getting quotation for management approval

- Coordinate and assist in store openings, renovation, closure and ad hoc projects

- Responsible for booking roadshow venues and some ad hoc marketing projects

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in business studies or other related disciplines

• Minimum 2 year of retail operation experience

• Pleasant personality, self-starter with a can-do spirit

• Strong coordination, communication and interpersonal skills
