Responsibilities

• Provide departmental administration support e.g. Unit sales report, consignment report and call card report, etc
• Responsible for all aspects of markketing-coordination , eg, Tent Card, order form, e-flyer etc.  
• Assist the buyer to communicate with oversea suppliers and marketing, shipping, logistic and account depts of our company;
• Support general office administration work
• Ad-hoc assignment as required

Requirement

• Form 7 or above with formal commercial / computer / marketing training;
• 2-3 years working experience preferably in sales & marketing or FMCG idustry;
• Independent & self motivated;
• Able to work under high pressure;
• Good interpersonal skill and strong analytical power;
• Excellent computer and internet skills, especially in Marcosoft office;
• Good command of both written and spoken English;
• Immediate available is preferred.
