Responsibilities:

• Responsible for channel marketing program and BTL activities for mobile communications products.
• Prepare the in-store marketing materials, including POSM and demo display stand, window display, as well as sales and marketing kit to channels partners.
• Assist to plan, develop and execute the in-store marketing campaigns which is aligned with the brand guidelines and marketing goals.
• Monitor, track and analyze the in-store marketing activities with KPI benchmarked and compile the regular reports.
• Work closely with internal and external partners to ensure the execution of the in-store marketing activities and new product launch campaigns.
• Communicate with HQ for on-time asset delivery and manage the asset library.
• Monitor A&P budget and other ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing / Communications / Business Administrations or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience with solid experience in channel marketing and in-store visual merchandising, especially with agency management experience.
• Experience in consumer electronics, IT or Telco is a plus.
• Proficiency in both written & spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, able to interact and communicate well with all levels of management and different cultures.
• Detail-minded, well-organized and strong analytical skills. Able to work independently under pressure and tight timeline.
• Candidate with more experience will also be considered as Senior Supervisor.
