Our client, government department with friendly environment is looking for high caliber applicants to fill the following position:

Responsibilities

• To promote Hong Kong to the external Maritime Cluster including ship owners, ship managers, shipping lines, maritime insurance companies, etc
• To provide assistance to overseas, Mainland and Taiwan companies in setting up business in Hong Kong
• To conduct marketing activities to retain and attract companies from the Maritime Cluster including preparation of briefs, presentations, marketing materials and undertaking research on the Maritime Cluster and organization of events and seminars etc

Requirements

• A Hong Kong Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, preferably in business administration, maritime studies, finance, economics, journalism or international marketing
• Meet the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 results in the two language papers (Use of Chinese and Use of English) in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE) or equivalent
• Minimum three years of relevant full-time work experience, preferably gained in the Maritime Cluster or international sales and/or business development
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in both Chinese and English
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua is a must
• Experience of working in a multi-national company would be an asset
