Job Description
Our client, a prominent and well-known international recognized consumer brand, is urgently seeking an experienced and hands-on HRBP o assume various HR related duties for the assigned BUs. He/she will primarily responsible for the day-to-day HR functions (i.e. recruitment, employee relations, etc.) and to develop long-term HR strategies in retention and successions. This is an AHRM level position.
Qualifications –
* Degree holder or above in HR
* A minimum of 8+ years of general HR experience
* Able to effectively communicate with all levels of staff
* Hands on and creative in recruiting different staff
* Solid commands of written and spoken English and Chinese
