Our client is a top tier investment banking in Hong Kong. They are currently expanding the trade support team.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with traders to ensure accurate and efficient of trade booking
• Monitor and process trade life cycle events
• Assist with opportunities to streamline existing middle office processess
• Support regulatory and compliance filings and reports
• Coordinate between clients and custody bank by phone and email re trade query and settlement issues

Requirements:

• Degree holder in business related disciplines
• 2-4 years' experience in Middle/Back Office and understanding of the full cycle of middle/back office functions
• Strong programming skills a plus (VBA, and other programing languages)
• Able to work under pressure and fast paced environment
• Good command in written and spoken Cantonese and English, Mandarin is a plus
